Is it good enouth to delete the whole cache memory and cookies so as to improve the performance of a computer?

Clearing those wont increase the overall performance of the computer. Only the browsing experience will be enhanced not the performance elsewhere other than the internet browser .

it depends really

it might do, it depends on the tasks you are performing

deleting internet cache and cookies will actually slow down your browsing experience initially until it recaches the common items like facebook logo's etc.

but in terms of general computer performance, its likely to have only a negligible effect, compared to uninstalling unused programs and disabling/closing programs until you need them
