Your best bet is to consult your manual, take it to Powertel or go with it to the shop that sold you the router. Or just google how to use it.http://www.tp-link.com/sa/products/details/cat-14_TL-MR3020.html

You need to put your wireless router into AP mode.  I haven't played with Powertel modems in a long time, but lm sure it have a option to make it receive signal only buy turning its wifi option off.

In other words, you will be turning it into default gateway router. What make is your modem? It should have at least one ethernet port for this solution to work.
