Yo africa is not answering and cant get through to Telco

I used to have YoAfrica unlimited 2Mbps for $80, but it only works  first or second month then they will start to throttle it down and will send sales/engineers who will tell you that your broadband is not meant  what you are using it for so you need to upgrade your package.

Regardless of what you tell them or prove to them, they will tell you that it needs upgrading!!

I have three people, two of my neighbours who  have gone through that trick! Very unprofessional way of trying to sign in people. This is where usually you report  to the regulator to take corrective action, but our regulator is not that effective!
