I have opted in to Telecel's $0.50 Super Voice Bundles that they say allow me to call Telecel numbers for a total of 90 minutes with in 24 hours. When I am now calling Telecel numbers (within the terms of their promotion) I am being billed. I have tried calling their customer care but to no avail (I can't get through).

Is something wrong with their billing system or have I misunderstood their promotion?

Telecel have just notified subscribers that the $0.50 super voice bundle WILL NOT be accessible during the period of 5pm - 9pm every night, whilst the rest of the conditions remain the same.

Basically they have shortened the period of the service, and if you make a call between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. then your main airtime will be billed (regardless of which network you call).
