I have an Android device (not too sure what type exactly, but I do know that it is not a Galaxy, Nexus, Sony or any of the others). It does not have the Google Play Store where I can download apps to my android device.

Yes it is one of those cheap Chinese phones (not a replica of an original) but my problem is still real to me.

How can I access the Play Store if it is not showing on my phone? I have searched ALL apps and shortcuts but there is still nothing.

go to your web browser and visit www.play.google.com; now depending on the model you will get a prompt to install the play store if the phone is supported. Otherwise you would have to download apps through the web browser.
