Is it possible to surf net on my computer by wireless/wifi network from my phone?

No this is not possible with any phone. To share over USB you would have to be using 3G/Edge.

Yes this is possible on a Nokia phone. You 1st hv to install a pc suite, connect ur 4n using a usb cable or wireless tht is by Bluetooth then u may surf via the pc suite. NB this is not for wifi.
