What mobile tracker apps are available for android?

Question

Are there any mobile tracker applications available for Android that I can use to know where my device is at any time in case it gets lost or stolen?

Will it need my phone to be connected to the internet or can it use some kind of interpolation of the cellphone cell towers and tell me where it is using SMS or some other method?

Econet, NetOne and Telecel have not been too helpful in helping people find out how they can find their phones, so I kinda figured there must be an app that can do this.

Which one is available for free from Google Play or even any other app store?

This helps you Track your Android Mobile when it get lost. When the Android phone get stolen/lost and When the new SIM card is inserted in the mobile, this app begins and automatically sends SMS from the SIM card which is inserted.

Can I hide the app so that if the phone gets into the "wrong" hands they won't know that the app if there and be able to delete it?
