Can I track a feature phone through an app?

I am interested to know what mobile apps are available for feature phone users like Nokia C3, Asha, etc to download freely so that they can track their phones in the event that it gets lost or stolen?

Is there anything available from GetJar? Or other app stores for Java, .jar or .jad files?

Nah it won't be possible. Most tracking softwares require the use of gps. However, the IMEI number on its own is enough for the MNOs to instigate tracking when the need arises. So make sure u have ur IMEI number stored somewhere safe in case the need to use it arises.
