Is it possible to broadcast wifi when i am using a modem with my Apple,Compaq,Samsung and HP laptop?

Question

i have got a lot of data bundles on my Econet line, the modem i am using needs a mobile operator for it to work, is it possible for me to broadcast internet/wifi to my collegues given that i have the wifi hotspot software installed on my PC already.

yes its possible as long you can access the internet on your Laptop and then you will broadcast to your friends
