How can I clean my laptop screen?

Does the use of a wet cloth have any effect? Is there any other way that is cheap and efficient?

Find a properly computer form cleaner, never use anything which conduct electricity like water on you screen.

oops my bad. I didnt mean wet as in wet wet wet... A soft cloth that will get rid of dust and other particles..
