Is it wise or cheap to import laptops? What is the import duty % on laptops in Zimbabwe?

it depends with the type of the laptop, the latest it is the more the duty.

All IT Equipment can be imported Duty Free as in No Duty on Laptops. Phones .tablets and the like. However there is a 15% VAT..
