Fast internet connection

I am looking for a fast and reliable internet connection, +1.5mbps GUARANTEED. are there any plans out there that can provide me with this besides FIBRE. am looking mostly at wimax. does zol provide such a service and not their $59 plan. its pathetic most the times. please help with ideas and price ranges where possible. thank you. oh i want to use it to stream internet tv via chromecast and apple tv

You cannt put up your own price plan and internet speeds you expect to get!

At the price you are asking you will never get anything near the speeds you are looking for!

what then would you recommend? i just mentioned the $59 plan to highlight how unsuitable it is for the purpose. I am looking to utilizing wimax cpe for the purposes of internet tv streaming and hence i am looking to find out from those with ideas and knowledge on which isp would be capable to meet my needs. i know fibre would be perfect but right now its not an option
