I have 2 Windows 2003 servers. One is running Exchange server 2003 and the other is the domain server. If rebooted for any reason, some of the Exchange services do not automatically start even if configured to do so and to retry after each failure. Usually the services that do not start are the Exchange Information Store, MTA stacks and Management. I have to manually start the services. Help

When you restart the services, start with the one with no dependencies. If that starts, start one that only depends on that and so on. This will isolate which service has the problem.

Usual issue - username / password for service has had password changed.

Check the event log when you get the service failure and report back.
