FAILING TO CONVERT MY ECONET AIRTIME TO DATA

Is anyone else having problems converting normal airtime to data? Since last week Friday till date i haven't been able to convert my econet airtime to data. Any help on this! i just keep getting "invalid input" error messages when i try using *140#.

check to see if you are still on data. Dial *141#, if it gives u the balance then u still connected. and retry *140#. if no joy comtact the econet tech geeks uptair at the first street econet shop

i finally dragged myself to Econet - Livingtone avenue yesterday, only to be told that they only noticed the problem after other complaints from customers so i have to be patient............. its now day 7 and am still waiting.
