Is it possible to change a mobile phone operating system

i am looking at changing from windows mobile 6.5 to android . i was wondering if thats possible

It is possible to change an operating system, depends what OS you are using. Symbian, Android or whatever. It comes with a lot of risk thought and you would need to know what you are doing. I do not recommend it though

That is not possible. The graphics and workloads of a samsung and iphone are totally different. Wat u are able 2 do is updating ur software 2 ensure tht it meets the modern requirement. Jus visit ur phone's official websyt and update.
