How come Econet shaves our airtime just like that?

Question

I juiced $5 and then tried to purchase my Facebook bundles and the i got the "Service Down" notification. Going where i was going i put my phone on flight mode as i did not want any disturbances. As the day progressed i got my phone and removed it from flight mode and tried to check my balance.

Only 93c was left. Can they give it back?

call customer care 119 , there must be a small error which occured  when the system was calculating your balance when you where subscribing to facebook bundles
