how to back up whatsapp when my screen is not working?

My phone's screen died.  Now the cost of replacing the screen is more than what the phone is worth.  Its a samsung galaxy pocket.

Is there a way for me to back up my whatsapp conversations so i can restore them to a new phone?  Your advice is greatly appreciated

If you can access you SD card or phone internal memory try and save the folder named whatsapp and restore it to your preferred phone before registering your whatsapp account... All will be done
