Any Free internet cafe software.

I want to provide free internet to my community for the first 30minutes per day

I used Handy Cafe for Murewa High School.  We were able to achieve quite a fair bit using handy cafe.

The setup was a proxy server running on endian firewall with different zones for different uses.  The internet cafe ran on thin clients which handycafe supports so there was a reduced capital expense.  To this day two years later it has been running flawlessly with little support required.  If you need more details pm me.
