Are Ecocash and Telecel Biller codes the same?

Question

In case of Harare city or Dstv biller codes, do they have the same biller codes for both Telecash and Ecocash? For example, if the biller codes for City of Harare and Dstv are 12098 and23323 respectively for Ecocash, do the same codes also apply to Telecash?

Nope! different billers codes. but yeah, would be great if the biller code was determined on the biller side and not the operator!
