how to add proxy to connectify?

I am using ultrasurf to bypass fortiguard firewall but on my android there is no such app that can bypass it. So is there any way I can use Connectify like apps to make hotspot using the proxy of ultrasurf??? If it is Proxifier then please kindly explain it. Thankyou.

I just want to use ultrasurf's proxy address to run connectify or any other method for wifi hotspot with proxy

As you yourself has decided, Proxifier is by far the best. You can download it  and get the instructions on how to use it from http://www.youngzsoft.net/ccproxy/how-to-use-proxifier.htm  Once you have enabled proxifier you can visit  http://www.ip-details.com/ and ensure the change in your IP by having an IP lookup.
