How do you advertise using AdChoice?

I am looking forward to advertise my small business online. I have noted that on some of the adverts (online banner) which appears on your very own site has got a sign that says AdChoices. I would want to advertise using such platform where an online advert in banner form appears in the most visited sites like yours and others. How do I go about it, I need some idea or the route to take.

First, AdChoices is not an advertising platform per se.. it is just an industry initiative from the from an American self regulatory body of online advertisers. The ads you see are really coming from the Google network called AdWords.
