Which big companies employ programmers in Zimbabwe and what what kind of work do the programmers do there?

I know they write code there  but what kind of code? maintenance of old systems developed outside the country... customization code for enterprise frameworks like Oracle, SAP & Microsoft Dynamics/Navision.
Web apps? USSD/SMS stuff?
Trying to see the prospecects of getting challenging works that's also exciting locally as opposed to moving down south.
