viber calling notification

if a call fails in viber out will it show as a missed call in the other side that i called? i didn't intend to call ,i accidentally pressed viber out. so i really need to know if that person's gonna get that missed call notification or not. please help me out.

If it connected on the other side, he is guaranteed to get a missed call notification. Otherwise if the connection didn't go through then there won't be any notification at the other end.
