what and who are eBillAfrica?

I'd like to know who eBillAfrica is, if they are operational yet, if what their websites claims is true in terms of number of partnerships, which bank they are dealing with to settle payments and how exactly the bill payments will work. and of course your opinion on whether or not this is a viable payment solution. I strongly suggest contacting them, I really don't know anything about this company. But from their website you can find a lot of information and if what they are saying is anything to go by, ebillafrica will go a long way in facilitating smoother payment solutions to the Zimbabwean populace both locally and abroad.
