We're not sure exactly how your m-horse W99 works but try these methods:
Method 1
Go to -> Menu -> Services/Internet -> Data Account -> GPRS -> Create/Edit an account Name (EWZ) and APN-(econet.net) -> (Go back to services/Internet) Create/Edit a WAP Profile Profile Name (EWZ) – Data account (select the one previously created EWZ) - Connection type(Http with proxy set to off/no or proxy=000.000.000.000 and port =80 ) -> Select/Activate the WAP Profile EWZ
Method 2
Go to ->Menu -> Internet -> Network count/network account -> Build new link with APN (econet.net) - Homepage (www.google.com) – Name (EWZ) – Advanced Settings Network type (Http) -> (go back to internet) WAP/Browser Settings -> Select Network SIM - (then select the link built previously) select EWZ.
