The TelOne Center for Learning (TCFL) is a certified Southern African Telecommunications (SATA) centre of Excellence in ICT Training. This is a quality assurance certification that confers on TCFL the mandate to offer ICT training to Zimbabwe, the SADC region and beyond. Some of the graduates of the institution have gone on to form telecommunications operations locally internationally.
