Has anyone successfully rooted a v795?

Question

I would like to remove some useless system apps but it turns out its quite difficult to root a V795 running 2.3.6.  Tried framaroot, mkt droid tools and srs root.

Funny thing is SRS root says its possible.  Has anyone had any luck and if yes how

Framaroot 1.6 worked.  1.9 does not work.  That said I was able to un install the silly apps and langauges that Econet bundled with the device. Using system app remover.
