My nokia asha 210 won't turn on, it just vibrates on first click and no more after that.

Question

To turn it on, you have to press it twice. On the first press it will vibrate and on the second one, hopefully it will turn on. Mine DID NOT TURN ON. All I did was turn it off and remove the battery then I placed it back again. and now, my phone won't turn on.
