Does anyone have an updated lists of shops that have CDMA smartphones? (Original Brands)

Question

I am currently looking for a smartphone that takes a Ruim and a sim that would allow me to have both CDMA (Evdo) and GSM.  My primary data provider is EVDO so the GSM chipset does not need to be UMTS capable although that would be a plus.  I do not want any fake phones.  Looking for brand names like LG, Samsung, HTC, Motorola and the ever elusive Sony Z3v.
