lf the light is not coming up but everything else is working then its clear that the modem is not receiving the broadband signal.
There are few things you can verify:
1. Have you paid your bill, check with telone to make sure they have not cut you off.
2. ls the link line from telephone to modem firmly attached to the modem, just make sure, otherwise if you have a spare cable you might swap to make sure.
3. ls your telephone line clear? If not, change the line splitter. If it does not help, you now need to call telone.
