Check whether the device can use the service.
If the [Settings] > [Security] > [Find My Mobile] menu appears on your device, you can use this service with the device.
Register a Samsung account on the device.
Register your Samsung account on the device you are using.
Select [Settings] > [Security] > [Find My Mobile] > [Remote controls] and login to your Samsung account or create a new account.
You can login to your Samsung account or create a new account through [Settings] > [Accounts] as well.
Set options on the device to enable use of the service.
Check the following settings to be able to run the function via remote controls.
Remote controls
You can only use the service if [Remote controls] is enabled in the device's [Settings] > [Security] > [Find My Mobile] > [Remote controls] menu.
Use wireless networks
Location search is more accurate if you have checked [Use wireless networks] in the [Settings] > [Security] > [Find My Mobile] > [Remote controls] menu on the device.
Reactivation lock
If the [Reactivation lock] option is enabled in the device's [Settings] > [Security] > [Find My Mobile] menu, other people cannot activate your device even after resetting it.
If this option is not present, the device is not supported.
