Usually if you use a dongle for connectivity, the outlook settings for gmail, yahoo etc are available online. For google use this help page

However, if you configuring the outlook settings for a company email account you need to input the following under accounts settings in outlook:
1. Your name
2. Email address
3. Account type (POP3 or IMAP)
4. Incoming server address (usually pop3."company name".co.zw)
5. Outgoing server address (usually smtp."company name".co.zw)
6. Log in information
Unless specified by your IT admin or email provider, use the default port settings for both the incoming and outgoing servers.
Now unless if you use a Telecel email address... These settings should suffice for your outlook mail.
