Failed Cisco 300-101 exam, flash player crushed

I attempted to  renew my cert by doing a exam. During the exam, flash crushed on one on the critical simulator question and really feel hard done. The exam fee is $300 per sit non refundable.

Who to blame?

lm sure the blame is on me for not studying hard but was just looking for someone to blame because it have to be someone else fault except me

But a side not, flash crushing in a exam is not fun
