you can get them from hardware stores that do sell that kinda stuff. none come to mind localy, cross boarders.

You can visit Huawei near pegasus house and purchase there.
You can also go to ericom in graniteside and get a fixed cellular terminal device that you plug a landline into. Approx cost for an fct is 140.
Africom also sometimes stocks gsm FCTs
