VIber - Is there a charge inccured while recieving viber calls via 3G

Question

For a person to call via Viber, he/she needs to have and active net connection and he/she is charged from his/her data network.
Now for recipient of a viber call, does he/she, gets charged; apart from the normal data usage?

No! Its the same like caller. If the person have viber, only data if affected. If the person doesnt have viber or data to receive the call, you as a caller have the option to call their normal number. You have to have both data and viber credit to do this.
