My friend's ADSL is being provided by Savannah Telecom using Telone Landline. If you don't know how the system works within Telone it's better to keep quiet. Do you work for Telone? If so which department are you?

Then why didn't you ask your friend if you already know someone who is using it. I stand by my claim that Telone is the sole provider of adsl

Tel*One is the only provider.
At this stage there is no un bundled copper access available any more.  ZOL lost it, Yo!Africa lost it and savanah def. does not have it.
