Find domain name availability in Zimbabwe?

How do I check whether a domain name is available or even where can I find a list of all the domain names that have been registered in Zimbabwe?

Is there an open database available for these names to be checked? Maybe even who the owners of a domain name are?

You have the option to register if you find one that is not register. l think it is a tall order to find a central point of all registered names, l havent heard of one but who knows!!
