Is there a way or a directory of all the WhatsApp groups that are avilable in Zimbabwe and the number for the Admin for that group?

There is no way you can possibly find ALL WhatsApp groups that exists... If you are looking for groups to join and don't care about privacy, then you can send your number on Facebook WhatsApp page... someone somewhere will randomly add you to some group... good luck
