how do i get my touch screen fixed for theastro slide s5 phone and i do not have the receipts for the phone

my phone fell and the screen cracked leaving the touch screen not working,how do i get it fixed by the Astro mobile company.i'm no longer in possession of the receipt

I think it's best you talk to them, reciepts don't matter.
