ecocash sent to a wrong recipient

Recently sent an ecocash trsnsaction to a wrong number and cslled 114 but was told it cannot be reversed because the recipient's fone is off. So assuming this fone neva goes on..... are there chances that i will get my money bsck.... help pliz

This happens a lot and there is no need to panic. Just go to Econet offices, calling did not work well for my friend. When he visited the Econet offices the issue was quickly resolved.

Usually if phone is unavailable, they wait for 72 hours thereafter, you call them and they will reverse.
