How it did that is still a puzzle to me but l reacted as quickly as l could and used available resources to try and keep it alive.
This phone you cannot take battery out
Its not water proof
And very dear for me to loose!
I moved my hand straight into the chamber and picked it up, whilst running and taking the cover off at the same time. There is nothing else to take after that.
I went straight to the hands drier, luckly this dyson version is high pressured and get warm quickly. The air flow out is razor sharp.
I started by blowing off all the usb/charger connection, followed by ear speakers, l took as long as l could since my co-workers were waiting for me.
Maybe l should have switched it off but l was worried it might never turn back on again. After an hour or so the screen started randomly auto turning for a minute then it went dark. It took me a while to realise that l can still use the manual brightness turning.
Dial *#0*# and it will give you a hidden menu to test almost everything about sensors on the phone and on mine it told me the sad story.
Light sensor affects a lot of small things which matters.
Now my screen cannot auto adapt to surrounding which is annoying when lm reading or doing something on the phone, l have to keep adjusting brightness manually depending with the lightening around me.
the phone cannot auto switch off screen when lm on the call which means sometimes l cut calls un-intentionally, or switch off data connection when lm on whatsapp call
Im still learning other things it killed when it decided to bath itself!!
