She didn't clone your Whatsapp. She registered your Whatsapp on a computer.
To log her out, go to your Whatsapp on your phone. Click the 3 dots on the top right hand side. Click Linked Devices. Select a device and click logout.
Get a new phone if you want to cheat in peace.
