We run a platform used by MFI companies to enable only loan applications. The traffic on the platform is increasing but we feel a huge inhibition is that most clients do not have data or complain about lack of data. So we wanted to see if we can apply for zero rating but due to the insular nature of Zimbabwean MNO's its very hard to know how to even get started. Wanted to see if someone that has done it before could share information about how to get through the process.
