Hi there! If you've bought your ZESA through Techzim and not received your token - here are the ways you can reach their Customer Support team daily between 7am and 11pm.
1. WhatsApp them on 0715 068 543. Be sure to send your EcoCash/OneMoney number as well as your meter number and the date of the transaction.
2. Email them on email@example.com. Always make sure you send them the transaction details, that is your EcoCash/OneMoney number and the meter number that you were buying for as well as the date of the transaction.
They will respond and let you know the status of your transaction.
