Cost effective or free way to flash Verizon/Sprint Cdma phones to Africom network

Question

Will soon be receiving some Verizon phones, a couple of Motorola Droid 2s, a Galaxy S, a Blackberry 8530 and an HTC One V. I want the phones flashed to the Africom Network. What is the most cost effective way of doing this, is there free software one can use, what settings are needed for Africom? I am willing to try the work myself, given a few pointers. Someone quoted me 50 bucks per phone to do it, that's not affordable for me.

you do not need to flash the phones.  all you do is take the phone to africom and get it registered.
