'list', 'Free' and 'easy' all in one sentence.. well you must think you are in heaven hey! kikiki jus' kidding but on a serious note advertising is more about personal creativity and very few people will give out their ideas freely so my best advise is; take time to consider what you want to advertise, the market you want to target and the most popular media/activity engaged by your target market. This should get you started with a few ideas on how to get to your market and allowing you to work out advertising budgets you can afford. If you need lists of companies, Google is your friend... If you want free and easy advertising, well be careful not to be ripped off because I'm sure there's no one who has ever filed/won a patent for that. According to my experience the best free advertising I've used is word of mouth while being very critical of my integrity and the cheapest has been social media like FB though I've not fully utilized it as it really needs dedication to keep followers interested which means 'man hours' in the end rendering it 'not so free'.
