Free telecel 3g internet.

I ve been having a blue icon on my handset when using my telecel line for two months now (just like e one that appear if a econet line is active for internet. i want to know if indeed my telecel line is active for internet and what must i do to start browsing e net coz i understand its free.

not all lines were activated for the test phase the equipment has already bn instald on most base stations thats why you are seeng the sign
