yoafrica dont charge for local traffic, however as macdonald said, just because a site uses .co.zw, doesnt mean its actually hosted in zim - (eg, zimhosts.com uses servers in the uk)
TelOne also dont appear to be members of ZISPA and the Zimbabwe Internet Exchange (ZINX) so be careful about connecting to/from telone ip's as they very likely will go out of the country to get to a local IP

Harare > Marseille > London > Jo'burg (SA) > Bullawayo (ZIM) > Harare
also be aware of sites like techzim.co.zw, classifieds.co.zw which are not even hosted locally if you visit them a lot (both of the above appear to be hosted in the US)
