I disconnected my Powertel modem (I went there, filled in and submitted a disconnection form), which was due to take effect on the 28th of March. Much to my surprise, we are almost coming to May and the modem is STILL WORKING! I have been to Powertel on three occasions, asking how this is happening, yet I requested for disconnection, and each time, they just get my details and tell me that they are looking into it. Does anyone have an idea whats going on, because i DO NOT want to be billed again for their trashy service as i have already moved to Econet.
