the Tablet is an non sim card tablet i also have the problem with the wireless network.

This looks like a tablet with little technical infor available. Do you have its original manual?

Although it says 3g, l have been up and down the internet looking for the manual only to find it doesnt come with one.

It looks like a tablet full of bugs. You might need to spend more time trying different settings.

on my android tab i have discoverd that u need an unlocked dongle,otherwise your tablet will not detect the dongle,if your tab does not have a USB port then you need an OTG cable in order to connect the dongle to your tablet
